Stay here for the conferences in Yasobhoomi. The location is great with the shopping centers in the area of Aerocity. Services are great. Room is clean. They also have a transportation service but a little bit pricy. Overall, I am very happy with my stay. I booked the deluxe king and received a complimentary breakfast.

Service was stellar. Every staff member we interacted with was very friendly. Our checkin staff recommended we visit Dilli Haat as we only had 1 day in Delhi and it was a perfect recommendation. They also provided us with a very generous take away breakfast for our early morning departure. Everything in the room was immaculate.

Check in is quite slow but the they have free drinks and snacks, cookies to enjoy. In-room dining is good, a bit pricey. I called people to clean up plates after we had meals but they just came and put the plates outside the room by the door. Anyway, the overall it's good experience

도착한 날 면도기에서는 누군가의 헤어가 잔뜩 붙어있었고 로션도 누군가 사용하던 것이었으며 객실은 청소가 되지 않아 개인 용도로 가져간 물티슈로 청소를 하고 탁자에 물건을 놓았으며 호텔에서 옮겨준 방은 샤워기가 고장나서 욕조에서 샤워룰 했고 객실에는 드라이어가 비치되어 있지 않았으며 전화기도 고장나서 요청사항에 대한 회신 전화를 받을 수 없었습니다. 무려 하얏트에서 컨셉을 구축했다고 자부하는 ANDAZ에서 말이죠! 게다가 그들은 미안하다며 내방에 불팔요한 수건을 잔뜩 두고 갔습니다. 더러운 방에서 청결한 방으로 옮겨줘야 하는 것은 당연한 것이지만 이 외 그들은 커피 한잔도 제공해 주지 않았습니다. 아마 두번다시 찾지 않을 것 같고 트립닷컴의 리뷰를 믿고 호텔에 지불한 숙박 비용이 너무 아깝습니다.
